While it’s not possible to schedule meetings manually, you can schedule them in Twenty using workflows.- Create a new workflow
- Select any trigger depending on your needs
- Add the Create Calendar Event node
- Configure all necessary data
- Activate the workflow

- View meeting history on People, Companies, and Opportunities records
- See upcoming meetings with contacts in your CRM
- Track meeting context alongside email communications
- Auto-create contacts from meeting participants
